Irrigation in Coquitlam, done right
What sets our Coquitlam irrigation service apart.
Irrigation for the Tri-Cities' terrain
Coquitlam and the surrounding Tri-Cities include plenty of sloped and hillside properties, which bring specific irrigation challenges. On a slope, water can run off before it soaks in, leaving the top dry and the bottom oversaturated. We design systems with the right head types, zone layouts, and run cycles to handle these conditions, delivering even, effective coverage that suits the lay of your land rather than fighting against it.
Smart, efficient water use
With Metro Vancouver water rates and seasonal restrictions, efficiency is essential in Coquitlam. We install smart, weather-based controllers and properly zoned systems so your property gets the water it needs without waste. On sloped lots especially, efficient cycling prevents runoff and makes every litre count, better for your landscape and your bill.
Metro Vancouver watering compliance
Year-round local service
We keep Tri-Cities systems running through every season, spring start-ups, mid-season tuning, repairs, and fall winterizations to protect against freeze damage. Our local response means quick, accurate help when you need it, and seasonal care that keeps your system reliable for the long term.
In Coquitlam and the Tri-Cities, schedule spring start-ups from late March through April and winterizations in October. Sloped properties benefit from a seasonal coverage check to prevent runoff and dry spots.
Coquitlam enforces Metro Vancouver’s lawn watering regulations from May 1 to October 15. Under Stage 1, lawns can be sprinkled one morning a week, Saturday for even-numbered addresses and Sunday for odd, from 5 to 7 a.m. for automatic systems. On sloped lots like those on Westwood Plateau and Burke Mountain, one long cycle can run off before it soaks in, so we program shorter repeat cycles inside the permitted window. New lawns need a City of Coquitlam permit to be watered outside these times. Current stage: Metro Vancouver’s water restrictions page.
We cover Coquitlam, including Burke Mountain, Westwood Plateau, Ranch Park, Maillardville, Austin Heights, Harbour Chines, Eagle Ridge and the City Centre area, as well as neighbouring Port Coquitlam and Port Moody. Many newer homes on Burke Mountain have sloped yards and fresh sod, which call for careful zoning and head spacing.

Josh was professional & reliable. He provided us a fair quote with no pressure. When we were ready, he fit us in allowing us to continue our yard “project” schedule which we were coordinating with other trades. Great to see young entrepreneurs working hard to get ahead.

Josh from Nexline was recommended to me by my gardener while I was looking for someone to repair my sprinkler pipes. They had been punctured by nails when another company installed artificial turf two years ago (I had no idea the water had been leaking for two full years!). Josh responded quickly and fixed everything for me, even turning on my irrigation system, all within about an hour. His pricing was very reasonable, and everything has been working perfectly since. I’m really happy with the job.

We recently had Nexline Irrigation come to our home to inspect our irrigation system, ensure everything was functioning properly, and repair several broken sprinkler heads. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Josh and his team were extremely friendly, professional, and clearly took great pride in their work. They carefully checked over the entire system and treated our yard with the utmost care while completing the repairs. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service provided. I would highly recommend Nexline Irrigation for any irrigation maintenance, repairs, or new installations. Excellent service and a great team!

We hired Josh and the Nexline Team to complete a very large residential project (23,000sqf of lawn), and he did not disappoint. His price was fair, the materials and install were top knotch, and he started and completed the project exactly when he said he would. I highly recommend this team for any sprinkler system needs. You will not be disappointed.
